Returns & Exchanges:

Our goal at International Industrial Supply Company is to get you the best tool for your application. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase - and if you're not satisfied, we want to hear about it.

We accept returns on refundable* items up to thirty (30) days after delivery. In order for us to be able to accept your return, your merchandise must be new and unused. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns will be subject to a 20% handling, inspection, and restocking fee.

*All non-returnable, non-refundable, custom, made-to-order, modified, and/or configured items are considered final sale.

Defective/Non-Working Merchandise

If your merchandise arrives defective/non-working, please notify us as soon as possible. Unused, defective merchandise may be exchanged within thirty (30) days of purchase. After 30 days, we can help you receive the manufacturer's warranty service.

Please note that Apex Tool Group (Cleco, Dotco, & Apex Bits) merchandise that is received defective/non-working must be reported within five (5) days of delivery.

If you receive an item and it is not working or is missing parts, a quick solution is to bring the item to your local Service Center. These Service Centers can usually provide parts and/or service on the spot. For a list of the nearest Service Centers, please visit the tool manufacturer's website.

Shipping

If the return is the result of our error (for example: you received a different item than ordered, if the item is defective, etc.), we will cover the shipping costs.

If you ordered & received the wrong item or have changed your mind about your purchase, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Return Procedure

How to Return An Item

Returns will not be accepted without an RMA/RGA (Return Material/Goods Authorization) Number. Please call our customer service department at 1-800-608-5210 or 1-619-795-7955 to receive your RMA Number prior to sending your package and we'll help you get the return process started.

All returns should include:

  • A copy of your original invoice/receipt
  • The original manufacturer's packaging
  • The RMA/RGA number prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping box
